6 days from Agadir to Fez Morocco Imperial Cities
Day 1: Transfer from the airport to your hotel
Our experienced driver will meet you at Agadir airport and drive you to the location of your choice; your accommodation or any other place you want to visit depends on your time of arrival.
Day 2: Travel from Agadir to the imperial city of Marrakech
After your breakfast, we will start your private imperial tour from Agadir to Fez Morocco 6 days and Chefchaouen leaving the city of Agadir and we will travel to Marrakech taking the road from Agadir to Marrakech. After a total of 3 hours by car with a few stops along the way crossing the High Atlas Mountains and the Berber villages of Soss.
Once you arrive in the Imperial City of Marrakech, you will meet our local city guide to start a walking tour of the Medina (old red city of Marrakech). You will start by visiting the historical monuments of Marrakech, including the famous Bahia Palace, a walk in the gardens of the Koutoubia Mosque, and finally the famous Jamaa El Fana square by night.
Day 3: Travel from Marrakech to Rabat via Casablanca
Today we will travel from Marrakech to Rabat. Rabat is the official administrative capital of the Moroccan kingdom; overlooks the ocean.
We will start our trip with a visit to the famous Hassan 2 Mosque in Casablanca; It is the largest mosque in Africa and the fifth in the world. Its minaret is the tallest in the world. After that, we will set off to explore Rabat; where you will visit the mausoleum of previous kings Mohammed V and Hassan II.
Stroll through Kasbah Oudaya and admire the Hassan Tower dating from the 12th century; as well as the site of the necropolis of Chellah dating from the time of British Columbia with the Phoenicians; then with Merinid in the 13th century, spend some free time in Cornwall.
Day 4: Road from Rabat to Chefchaouen
After breakfast, we will leave from Rabat to Chefchaouen via the Rif mountain, crossing Wazzan and other villages in the Rif. Chaouen is a Moroccan blue pearl. He became known for the distinctive blue color that all locals use to paint their homes. This tradition dates back to Jewish traditions and beliefs that the color blue represents the sky; in turn, he reminds people of Heaven and God.
This color which covers the city gives it an astonishing charm; as well as a feeling and atmosphere of relaxation, comfort, and peace. This can be a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the cities of Marrakech, Rabat and Fez. We will spend the night in a Riad in the Medina of Chefchaouen.
Day 5: Travel from Chefchaouen to Fez via Meknes
After your breakfast at the riad, our journey will begin towards Volubilis through the Riff Mountains and other Rif villages.
Volubilis embodies the Roman ruins and presents a unique archaeological site in the history of Morocco, after visiting the ruins we will change our way to the city of Zerhoun and Meknes; a 17th-century imperial city, where we will pass through the historic walls of the medina, Bab el Mansour. Then we continue to the imperial city of Fez through Ifrane, the Switzerland of Morocco.
Day 6: Day trip to explore the imperial city of Fez
Our guide will meet you in the morning to discover the sightseeing tour of the imperial city of Fez, the oldest and most sacred of the imperial cities of Morocco.
Your imperial cultural and historical tour from Agadir to Fez Morocco 6 days and Chefchaouen will take you through the living medina 2000 years old; a labyrinth of alleys full of markets and souks, craftsmen, donkeys, and mules carrying their loads. Visit the Attarine and Bou Anania madrasas (Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, and the Karaouine mosque.
End your tour with a spectacular panoramic view of the city of Fez and get dropped off at your accommodation or at the airport.
